Workshop Technician responsible for all machinery regarding routine maintenance, electrical, brakes, engine performance, hydraulic performance. Performed machinery diagnosis, brakes, A/C inspection and repairs, hydraulic diagnosis, electrical diagnosis.

To provide practical, field, technical and repair support to end user customers of the brands enhancing their product satisfaction and experience. To respond to the daily service & repair needs at locations outlined by the Service Manager.

To provide efficient and safe transport of products across the country in a professional and efficient manner. Able to travel for prolonged periods of time where overnight stays away from home will be necessary.

This is a key role within the organisation, providing high-level executive support in a busy, environment. You’ll need to be independent, organised, adaptable, and confident managing competing demands across a fast-moving business. 

Working on your own initiative and as part of a team you will be expected to ensure the smooth operation of product support enquiries in your area, by working in an efficient manner, achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring the company delivers the service as promised.
