Technical Support Specialist
Location: Home based / hybrid
Division: Reesink Turfcare
Working on your own initiative and as part of a team you will be expected to ensure the smooth operation of the Turf Division by working in an professional efficient manner, achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring the company delivers the service as promised. By providing Technical after-sales/product support to the retail sales team, service centres, dealer network and end-user customers.
Sales and Technical Support
Location: Home Based - Covering The South of the UK
Division: Reesink HydroScapes
To cover the area from Birmingham to the South coast of the UK promoting/selling Toro Golf, Res Comm, & Perrot irrigation products and complete system sales. This would also include Otterbine fountains and aerator sales when required.
The role would also include relationship building with the current installers/dealer network and Irrigation Consultants within the area.
Mobile Service Technician
Location: Sheffield Park
Division: Reesink Turfcare
To provide practical, field, technical and repair support to end user customers of the brands enhancing their product satisfaction and experience. To respond to the daily service & repair needs at locations outlined by the Service Manager. Focused on a ‘first time fix’ performance target and effectively managing your personal time and communication.
